Following our successful Works Council elections, we’ve set the course for 2026–2030. 🛠️✨ Two high-energy days are behind us:
✅ Structures are set: Committees for the new term are all planned out.
✅ Check & Analysis: We analyzed the election results, reviewed the last term, and celebrated our successes.
✅ Ready for takeoff: Starting April 26th, the new Works Council team will be going full throttle for you!

Heute fand die erste Versammlung des Jahres statt. Thomas Pretzl brachte es auf den Punkt: ✅ Zukunft sichern ✅ Infrastruktur-Offensive jetzt ✅ Entlastung schaffen!
Ein starkes Team für Manching: Ab dem 26. April nehmen die insgesamt 35 Mitglieder des neu gewählten Betriebsrats ihre Arbeit auf, um eure Interessen mit voller Kraft zu vertreten. 💪

Works Assembly in Manching: Clear Edge for the Future! 🚀
Today marked our first Works Assembly of the year. Thomas Pretzl hit the nail on the head with his demands to management: ✅ Securing our future ✅ Infrastructure offensive now ✅ Real relief for employees!
A strong team for Manching: Starting April 26th, all 35 members of the newly elected Works Council will officially begin their term to represent your interests with full force. 💪

Mit 85,5 % der Stimmen haben wir uns wieder die Mehrheit der Sitze im neuen Gremium gesichert. Künftig stellen wir 30 der insgesamt 35 Betriebsrätinnen und Betriebsräte.
Unser Spitzenteam bedankt sich für das Vertrauen.

With 85.5% of the votes, we have once again secured the majority of seats in the new council. Going forward, we will hold 30 out of the 35 works council seats.

Zum Internationalen Frauentag haben wir am Airbus Standort Manching ein Zeichen gesetzt. Den Start machten wir heute Morgen mit einer süßen Überraschung: Unsere Vertrauensleute haben Milka-Herzen an alle Kolleginnen verteilt – inklusive Einladung zu unserem Get-Together!
In der Kantine kamen wir anschließend in lockerer Runde zusammen, um uns zu vernetzen und über die Themen auszutauschen, die uns im Arbeitsalltag bewegen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Elisabeth Mongs (IG Metall Ingolstadt) und unsere Betriebsräte für die wertvolle Unterstützung und den offenen Dialog.

Warm International Women's Day greetings from Manching! 💜
We celebrated today with a mix of treats and conversation. Our shop stewards started the morning by handing out a sweet surprise: They distributed Milka hearts to all female colleagues - along with an invitation to our get-together!
Afterward, we gathered in the canteen for a casual meet-up to network and discuss the topics that matter most in our daily work lives. A huge thank you to Elisabeth Mongs (IG Metall Ingolstadt) and our Works Council members for their invaluable support and open dialogue.

FCAS - ABER BESSER
Auf dem gemeinsamen Aktionstag der IG Metall und des BDLI haben 4000 Beschäftigte des Standortes Manching sich für das FCAS Programm mit eine starken Rolle von Airbus eingesetzt.
Gemeinsam mit zahlreichen anderen Standorten der militärischen Luftfahrtindustrie setzen wir ein klares Signal an die Politik.
FCAS – BUT BETTER
At the joint action day organized by IG Metall and BDLI, 4,000 employees from the Manching site stood up for the FCAS program, advocating for a strong role for Airbus.
Together with numerous other sites across the military aviation industry, we are sending a clear signal to policymakers.
