Im aktuellen Klartext gehen wir auf das Tarifergebnis, die JAV Wahl am Standort und die Situation im Verpflegungswesen ein. Der Freizeitplaner 2025 beinhaltet die Brückentage, aber auch die Sonderzahlungen für tarifliche und außertarifliche Beschäftigte.

Information on the end of the year With the new Klartext and the updated IG Metall leisure planner, important information is once again available. In the latest Klartext, we discuss the collective agreement result, the JAV election at the site and the situation in the catering sector. The 2025 leisure planner includes the bridging days as well as the special payments for employees in tariff and non tariff.

Mit Tarifvertrag fällt die Bescherung üppiger aus! Ende November wird das Weihnachtsgeld ausgezahlt. Dies ist im Tarifvertrag der IG Metall geregelt. Es staffelt sich nach der Betriebszugehörigkeit. Stichtag der Berechnung ist der 1. Dezember. Ab sechs Monate Betriebszugehörigkeit gibt’s 25 % des Monatsverdienstes, ab zwölf Monate 35 %, ab 24 Monate 45 % und ab 36 Monaten beträgt das Weihnachtsgeld 55 % des monatlichen Entgelts.
With a collective agreement, the presents are more generous! Christmas bonuses are paid out at the end of November. This is regulated in the IG Metall collective agreement. It is staggered according to company affiliation. The cut-off date for the calculation is 1 December. If you have been with the company for six months or more, you receive 25% of your monthly salary; if you have been with the company for twelve months or more, you receive 35%; if you have been with the company for 24 months or more, you receive 45%; and if you have been with the company for 36 months or more, your Christmas bonus amounts to 55% of your monthly salary.

The results are in! The elections for the youth council were held on Wednesday and the new committee members have been determined. We wish all the elected youth councilwomen and men much success and fun in their upcoming term of office.
