Die IG Metall bei Airbus in Ottobrunn hat gleichzeitig zu einer Frühstücksaktion eingeladen und die Beschäftigten informiert. Natürlich war das Verhandlungsteam des Gesamtbetriebsrates mit dabei.
The second round of negotiations on the planned job cuts and the new organizational structure took place today. IG Metall at Airbus in Ottobrunn hosted a breakfast event and briefed employees. Naturally, the General Works Council's negotiating team was also present.
Auf der heutigen Betriebsversammlung durften wir wieder zu den aktuellsten Themen berichten. Während Thomas Pretzl über die Organisationsänderung im Rahmen von Proton berichtete, informierte Christian Schauer zum geplanten Konzept eines Hitzeschutzplans. Zum ersten Mal auf einer Betriebsversammlung in Manching sprach unsere neue Betriebs- und Unternehmensbeauftragte der IG Metall, Lisa Mongs, zu den Kolleginnen und Kollegen. Wir freuen uns auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit mit Lisa.
At today's Works Assembly, we were once again able to report on the latest topics. While Thomas Pretzl reported on the organizational change in the context of Proton, Christian Schauer provided information on the planned concept of a heat protection plan. Our new IG Metall works and company representative, Lisa Mongs, spoke to our colleagues for the first time at a Works Assembly in Manching. We look forward to working with Lisa in the future.

Jubilarfeier Auch drei unserer Betriebsräte durften in 2024 Ihr Dienstjubiläum feiern und nahmen aus diesem Grund an der zentralen Jubilarehrung am vergangenen Dienstag teil. Unser Betriebsratsvorsitzende Thomas Pretzl gratulierte Günter Plachta zu 40 Jahren Betriebszugehörigkeit sowie Markus Endner und Tobias Weber zu jeweils 25 Jahren im Unternehmen. Wir freuen uns auf die weiteren Jahre mit Euch.

Tolle Veranstaltung zum Internationalen Frauentag 2025 Gemeinsam mit dem Team von Balance for Business in Manching durften wir heute 200 Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Messerschmitt Museum begrüßen. Neben einem Impulsvortrag von Lisa Mongs aus der IG Metall Geschäftsstelle gab es auch eine interessante Panel Diskussion zum Thema "Accelerate Action" mit Unternehmensvertretern. In entspannter Atmosphäre konnte man sich bei Snacks und Getränken ebenso austauschen und vernetzen.
Great event for International Women's Day 2025 Together with the Balance for Business team in Manching, we welcomed 200 colleagues to the Messerschmitt Museum today. In addition to a keynote speech by Lisa Mongs from the IG Metall office, there was also an interesting panel discussion on the topic of "Accelerate Action" with company representatives. In a relaxed atmosphere, there was also an opportunity to exchange ideas and network over snacks and drinks.
Am Montag den 10.März 2025 organisierte unsere Jugend- und Ausbildungsvertretung die erste Jugendversammlung seit den Wahlen letzten November, welche zum ersten mal in der Halle des Messerschmittmuseums statt fand. Vielen Dank an alle die teilgenommen haben! Ein besonderer Dank geht an die RednerInnen vom Betriebsrat, von der Standortleitung, von unserer Ausbildungsleitung und von der IG Metall.
On Monday the 10.March 2025, the Youth and Apprenttices represantation organised the first youth assembly since the new election last November. For the first time the hall of the Messerschmitt Museum was chosen as the venue. Many thanks to everyone who participated!
