Weihnachtsgeld - Eine Erfolgsgeschichte
Hast Du gewusst, dass es bereits seit 1954 das Weihnachtsgeld in der Metall- und Elektroindustrie gibt? Im IG Metall Tarifvertrag zum 13. Monatseinkommen ist das Weihnachtsgeld geregelt. Mit der Entgeltberechnung von November wird es an die Tarif-Beschäftigten ausbezahlt. Die Höhe richtet sich nach der Betriebszugehörigkeit.
Christmas Bonus - A Success Story
Did you know that the Christmas bonus has existed in the metal and electrical industry since as far back as 1954? The Christmas bonus is regulated in the IG Metall collective agreement for the 13th monthly income. It is paid out to employees covered by the collective agreement with their November salary calculation. The amount depends on the length of service with the company.
