Das Gesprächsangebot des Oberbürgermeisters von Ingolstadt nahmen die IG Metall Vertreter gerne an. Auch Thomas Pretzl, Betriebsratsvorsitzender, war mit dabei und zeigte auf, wo wir weitere Unterstützung der Kommunalpolitik benötigen.
The IG Metall representatives gladly accepted the offer of talks from the Mayor of Ingolstadt. Thomas Pretzl, Chairman of the Works Council, was also present and pointed out where we need further support from local politicians.
Internationaler Frauentag bei Airbus / International Women´s Day at Airbus
Am 8. März ist Internationaler Frauentag. Bereits am Mittwoch fand das jährliche Netzwerkstreffen im Chicco di Cafè, organisiert von uns als IG-Metall, statt. In entspannter Atmosphäre hatten die Kolleginnen die Möglichkeit, sich auszutauschen und zu diskutieren. Für das leibliche Wohl war natürlich auch gesorgt. Unsere IG Metall Vertrauensleute begrüßten die Kolleginnen morgens mit einer süßen Überraschung am Drehkreuz und luden zum Netzwerktreffen ein.
Der Deutsche Gewerkschaftsbund lädt zum Internationalen Frauentag am 9. März im Stadttheater Ingolstadt ein. Einlass ist um 10:00 Uhr, offizieller Beginn ist um 10:30 Uhr. Wir freuen uns sehr, in diesem Jahr mit Elke Hannack (Mitglied Geschäftsführender DGB Bundesvorstand) und Verena Bentele (Präsidentin des Sozialverbandes VdK) zwei hochkarätige Referentinnen in unseren Räumen begrüßen zu dürfen.

In a relaxed atmosphere, the female colleagues had the opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss. Of course, the physical well-being was also taken care of. Our IG Metall shop stewards greeted the colleagues in the morning with a sweet surprise at the turnstile and invited them to the network meeting. The German Trade Union Confederation invites you to International Women's Day on March 8 at the Ingolstadt City Theater. Admission is at 10:00 a.m., the official start is at 10:30 a.m. We are delighted to welcome two top-class speakers to our premises this year: Elke Hannack (Member of the Executive Board of the DGB) and Verena Bentele (President of the VdK social association)
Auf der Betriebsversammlung konnten wir zu vielen aktuellen Themen berichten. Unter Anderem informierte die Betriebsrätin Karina Gammel über den Verhandlungsstand zur neuen AT-Vergütungsvereinbarung und Andreas Domke stellte die Neuerungen des Konzerntarifvertrags für Leiharbeitnehmer vor. In den anschließenden Infocornern wurden viele weitere Fragen besprochen. Zu Beginn der Veranstaltung verteilten unsere IG Metall Vertrauensleute einen Flyer mit unseren Forderungen an die Entscheider im politischen Berlin.
We were able to report on many current topics at the Works Assembly. Among other things, works council member Karina Gammel provided information on the status of negotiations on the new AT remuneration agreement and Andreas Domke presented the changes to the Group collective agreement for temporary workers. Many other questions were discussed in the subsequent info corners. At the beginning of the event, our IG Metall shop stewards distributed a flyer with our demands to the decision-makers in political Berlin.
