Warum wir diesen Schritt gehen müssen? Ganz einfach: In den bisherigen Tarifverhandlungen ist noch kein Kompromiss in Sicht. Die Arbeitgeberseite hat uns bislang kein akzeptables Angebot vorgelegt, das den aktuellen Belastungen und der Leistung der Beschäftigten gerecht wird.

Why do we have to take this step? It's simple: No compromise is yet in sight in the collective bargaining negotiations so far. The employers' side has not yet presented us with an acceptable offer that does justice to the current pressures and the performance of the workforce.
